I’m having trouble with some roms not showing up in Mame even though I have them in my folder. Metal Slug 1-4 and Metal Slug X and radiant silvergun are the ones that dont show up.
Try clicking on “All Games” and see if they are there.

Well, those games are Neo Geo. Is there a category for just those?

wat version of MAME should i have? i the MAME Plus! 0.123 and im having the same problems as
eriksoto. i extracted neogeo into a folder in “roms” and extracted marvel vs capcom in there as well (in its own folder as well, for tidyness)

Do NOT unzip the roms. You should have ONE zipped file as each rom.

Possible issues: You do not have the parent rom! For example, you try to play Super Street Fighter II Turbo without having its parent rom, Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers. You do not have the bios! Google MAME32 bios for a complete list. You do not have the .chd file! Highlight CHD in the left column to see which games require a .chd file as well as the rom. Download it and add it like you would a rom. That’s all I’ve got!

I’m having the same problem. I am also pretty sure that it won’t work well even on good computers, so if you did find it, it wouldn’t be worth it.
Hi, you seem to know what your talking about, i just wanted to ask where do you get the CHD files from ? im trying to play SF 3rd strike but i just cant get it to work all help is appreciated.Cheers
