The reason for the long hair is “Feasting on Waves.” He didn’t cut his hair when he was off sailing around, and these recent episodes (as well as some new Iron Chef episodes) were filmed when he got back so he still has the long hair! Not sure if he’s already cut it, though… ;p

I recycle everything I can, and that’s about as well as you can do, judging by your profile location.I’m aware that recycling in the United States needs a lot of work. But I fail to see what insulting Youtubers or Alton Brown will do about it. Tone down the ad hominem and direct your rage toward the chumps who aren’t bothering to expand our recycling capabilities. Until then, people will see you as nothing more than a 4chan /b/tard that strayed away.

Depends on where you shop. If your local grocery store keeps specialized shelves in the produce section, check near the egg roll wraps or Asian section for fresh Edamamme. If that doesn’t work, check the freezer section near the microwaveable backs.
