you can even do a one hit head kill for example right from the very beginning of the match while your opponent’s life bar is still 100% full. saw it in THIS video or another video of TK somewhere ya but anyway…

Tell me this isn’t sad: This game was removed from a local arcade, NOT because of the violence or gore… But because Rancid smoked a cigarette when he won. Sure, smoking will eventually kill you, but getting your limbs chopped off kills you faster!

mate, download a emulator called MAME, then just download the games (roms) you want…i got 5000 of these old arcade and neo geo games…the gameplay on these is second to none!!

Omg I remember I used to go the arcades just to play this game. Quick tip for anybody out there with the MAME version, you can only beat Death by cutting his head off. You can kill him the first round but the game wont let you win with out cutting his head off. Just fyi. Something I wish somebody had told me* back when I was 10 and kicking the crap outta the arcade and calling it a “cheating fuck” in front of my uncle.

this was one of the worst arcade fighting games ever, period. i didn’t waste my time or money playing this crap. it had the worst graphics, control, and was a poor mortal kombat rip-off.

@HadesObsidian what happens is when you deplete his health, he gets dizzy (only character that can be dizzied multiple times in one round), and gets something like 50% health back. Obviously, the dizzy is your cue to whack ‘im. You can’t do the special kill, but just mash all 5 buttons at once for the standard.
I haven’t played this in ages! Rancid was the one I always picked. I may have to get a MAME program to play this.
I used to play as Mantaz, and I was getting good at chopping heads off in 2 seconds..

I played Mantaaz alot - he had the most different ways to lop off somebody’s head but took time to master playing him. Rancid was popular - probably because he was the easiest to learn to play (sort of like Chun Li in StreetFighter II). Orion was the cheapest bastard, though, if you knew what you were doing with him - though not enough players gave him a try to find out a proper way to cheat with him.
lmao round won at 3:30 by landing on his sword, which should have made round lost instead.. lol..

Mantazz was most difficult character to master - he had so many moves.His attacks didn`t do much damage and he was not the fastest character, but he had the largest number of ways to lop off an opponents head in the middle of a match.Demos of Time Killers on youtube suck cuz they do not show off most of the special moves characters can do.

They had this at the little airport where I grew up. I used to go there and play it for hours. Shortly after 9/11 I got kicked out when I showed up to play and they realized I wasn’t flying anywhere.

I remember loving this arcade game as a kid. Playing it at the arcade at the mall. I was able to beat other people but the computer always kicked my ass. Always picked Rancid for the obvious reason. haha.

omg… lol 2:50 idk why so many ppl say this game is bad because it really doesn’t seem so bad when u get the hang of using the characters… Like in any fighting game… Plus it’s pretty violent for something so old,even if the music is annoying and the graphics might look like something that came out of your dog’s ass.I mean if u TRULY wanna know a BAD fighting game,I think one called Blandia is ALOT worse than this,trust me…….

The limb damage system was pretty original at the time, and I would love to see this game be remade into an awesome balanced fighter.
